The LGA chairman is been made the scapegoat. This power drunk politicians don't remember they'd vacate that seat someday. Left to me, I don't see what the masses enjoy in the Democrazy system of government. African politicians are just too selfish, more reason why the military had to start seizing power back.

Stop exposing your ignorance. Councillors are not equate the Governors. They are legislative members at the local government level just like the House of Assembly at the state level or the National Assembly at the Federal level. In view of the above, it's needless to tell you whether they have such power or not. Mind you, I'm not in anyway supporting their rascality but just to educate you.

These generation is the product of their seeds, handwork and achievements.

So, you are not right about that.
Governors can't suspend a president. Elected executives can't suspend another elected executive.

The councillors are LG legislators and that's is why they can suspend or impeach the LG chairman.
Governors are not legislators.

Hope you have learnt now ...
