The Willing Tools of Africa are Black folk who are against the good and the welfare of Africans. They try to stop, so hinder and delay Africa's Rising and being set free from internal and external colonization.

In Nigeria, the Willing Tool and the fraud called 1999 Constitution are one. They are those who ENFORCE that 1999 Constitution, source of miseries and enabler of killings for land grabbing.
