YouWIN short for Youth Enterprise With Innovation in Nigeria is a N50 billion Federal Government job creation initiative headed by Dr (Mrs) Ngozi Okonjo Iweala, Nigeria’s Minister of Finance. It is a collaboration between the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Communication Technology (CT), and the Ministry of Youth Development.

YouWIN is an annual business plan competition for aspiring young entrepreneurs in Nigeria intended to help such youths with good business plans to set out on business for themselves. It is part of the Nigerian Government’s plan to create more jobs for the country’s teeming population.

Specific Objectives of the Programme include to:

Attract ideas and innovations from young entrepreneurial aspirants from Universities, Polytechnics, Technical colleges, and other post-Secondary institutions in Nigeria;

Provide a one time Equity grant for 1,200 selected aspiring entrepreneurs to start or expand their business concepts and mitigate start up risks;
