The government should sit down with the unions and open up, be completely transparent first with the state of the economy and work with them to evolve solutions.

You are the boss, they are the workers, sit down with them. After all whatever way you chart it is them that will work it out.

Ask labour to bring it's own team of economists to the table so that everyone understands what is going on as to when what and how. And there will be peace.

I really don't know why goverment persists in nature of ruling by clandestine decisions made by a few.

The ever changing of decisions at every criticism is scary, it looks like Asiwaju has not blueprint. The economy team seems to be only doing trial and error.
