My friends container has been under demurrage since February this year. The hardships never even start then. To sell the goods in that container is another issue.

The Tinubu I know would still perform despite all these hurdles.

He knows it wasn't going to be easy right from the start, with so many dissidents in the name of Obidients.

Had Obi removed subsidy, no one would lament, cos most of those lamenting today are Obidients.

Those who voted Tinubu are enduring hoping for a better Nigeria, which they believe would definitely come.

Most of those lamenting are Obidients?!! Really?!!

Please, share your research and stats on that statement.

From my clear observation, most Obidients are actually in better positions to afford the current prices of fuel and commodities.

They can't be the main people suffering and screaming in over 20 states of the federation.

No mind am!
Most of the APC supporters have started complaining and are crying out about the intense hardship after subsidy removal!
Tinubu might likely overtake buhari in terms of clueless leadership!

Again... What is the evidence that Obidients are threatening to shut down the nation?!!

You keep tossing words around but can't verify or show proof... That's unintelligent.

Are Obidients the ones solely in charge of TUC and NLC?!! Are the only ones working in banks, hospitals, airports, transport, etc?!!

They are the only ones working in Lagos, Abuja, Kaduna, Kano, etc?!!

They are the ones who ransacked and raided warehouses in Adamawa and Bayelsa?!!

Re: Apapa Port Shut, Commuters Stranded As Warning Strike Begins In Lagos by Reference(m): 1:44pm On Sep 05, 2023
The government should sit down with the unions and open up, be completely transparent first with the state of the economy and work with them to evolve solutions.

You are the boss, they are the workers, sit down with them. After all whatever way you chart it is them that will work it out.

Ask labour to bring it's own team of economists to the table so that everyone understands what is going on as to when what and how. And there will be peace.

I really don't know why goverment persists in nature of ruling by clandestine decisions made by a few.

Transparency and corporate governance is integrity and it opens the atmosphere to more ideas. No one knows it all.

If the people are suspicious and resort to strike as the last resort it means there has not been a meeting of minds, a genuine passage of information and an honest attempt at implementation. The question is WHY?

What are the ten or so people ruling Nigeria hiding.

The country doesn't have any international plan.
Hence our economy suffers.
We're not producing anything new for the world. So the world does not value us and our economy suffers.
Even Black Pantha Wakanda, was the only country that has Vibranium metal and harnessed that technology to develop and sustain their economy. Foreign countries were all interested in that Vibranium of a thing.
Here in Nigeria, we don't have anything that anybody want's and we are not developing anything either.
Phillipines and malasia have a lot of domestic workers they always send out to rich countries to work as house boy/girl to billionaire.
Nigerians are either too proud or too crooked and untrustworthy to do such jobs
India sends out IT specialist all over the world. Indian guy is heading the whole Google now.
Americans just send out guns, bullets, technology and internet all over the world.
British advertise their English and their Education system.
Chinese send out construction team and cheaply manufactured goods worldwide.
...
on and on.
Nigeria sends out NOTHING.
Just people running away to escape hardship. And then land overseas and receive more hardship there.

What exactly are governments useful for?

Private individuals currently achieve greater results with fewer resources.

Where is the benefit to 7billion people of maintaining fatcats and their families?

I want answers.

The ever changing of decisions at every criticism is scary, it looks like Asiwaju has not blueprint. The economy team seems to be only doing trial and error. When that might not be bad outrightly, Asiwaju Bois were thought to be having idea they were hiding from Buhari and will be unveiled immediately they come on board.
Plus, Asiwaju was over hyped. And he's falling more than those are not master strategists like him.
