Normal clearing cost for Rav4 as at today is N4. 395m
Anything short of this is short payment. Due to the prevailing circumstance at the port now with fluctuating exchange rate, a lot of agents have resorted to short payments which is a normal thing as a result of high cost of everything now but endeavor to ask them is what they are quoting for you is FULL PAYMENT Or SHORT PAYMENT because you the client deserves to know.

If customs ever stop you on the road, they may impound the car. If you're lucky, you get away with paying bribe. And of course, customs bribe is usually heavy. They are not police officers.
