If no lower court removed the President the arguement before supreme court is simply if the case and judgement are rightly delivered

And now that the tribunal says APC won the election as announced by INEC, the Supreme Court can simply say the judgement wasn't rightly delivered and that the right judgement should be that Shettima should be disqualified and Tinubu should freshly nominate a VP to the NASS or that Atiku should be sworn in, or there should be a fresh election, etc.
