Under the current circumstances of the political atmosphere, it is normal to have the feeling of no motivation because you need to study daily. However, the Tribunal made a judgment yesterday so you now have a clear direction of where things are going.

It's quite normal whatever you are feeling...which has affected your decision regarding your exam preparation. However, you must forge ahead in life.  
The fact is, Preparing for the ICAN Exam is not an easy task... The syllabus itself is overwhelming and the competition is draining...You too very well understand this fact but then, you yourself have chosen this path and you must have very valid reasons for your choice.. remember it and just discipline yourself...

Hence, make your study schedule and start blindly following it whether it is convenient or not.. until you achieve your ICAN Qualification.
