If your budget is 120-150k for your driver and you appreciate drivers who can take you anywhere and understand that they need to be paid well to serve you, be loyal to you and also take care of their own family too..

The salary range is too high. He's judging others based on the view he has of his boss. 80k is okay for a driver.

Same mentality. Why don't you create the job for himself. Nigerian employee and entitlement mentality. Because people who earn 80k per month are not humans but cows
