And this is just one out of several that I know, maybe hundreds all through the administration that just ended and before leading me to surmise that Nigeria is a 'Contractors Paradise'.

Billion naira, heavily inflated contracts just shared all over the place without complimentary economic backing. Just pay the mobilisation and they share and disappear.

I personally know many that happened just within the past year alone in other Ministries in addition.

The amount we spend in constructing 100km of road can construct 1000km of road in china, India, us, Uk etc.
We can't progress this way.
All this ministries and parastatals should be privately runned while they give remittance to government.
