Out of millions of unemployed youths in this country, the project is only interested in assisting 1,200 individuals, WHY?

Provide a one time Equity grant for 1,200 selected aspiring entrepreneurs to start or expand their business concepts and mitigate start up risks;

How many of those individuals are going to come from the presidency, ministers, governors, legislators, and other influential Nigerians?
