The APC candidate who brought the suit isn't a member of NNPP hence lacks the locus to say who's a member or not.

None resignation before contesting should also be a pre election matter outside the purview of a Tribunal

The same tribunal at the PEPT said that Shettima's double nomination (who already bought a senatorial form before he was nominated as a vice presidential candidate) was a mistake.This one should also be ruled as a mistake because it is the same electoral law.

Justice Haruna Tsammani was busy making excuses for Tinubu at the PEPT, claiming Shettima's double nomination was a mistake, and that Tinubu's drug money forfeiture does not matter now, since Tinubu can travel to the US without qualms..😂.

Let them pass the memo to this Kano State tribunal, since the Judiciary is now making up excuses for politicians.

This judgment is correct right one.

Was it not the Presidential Tribunal Court that ruled that cases of nomination if candidates in party is a pre-election matter, plus that "X" party candidate does not have the right to institute a charge against his the candidate of "Y" political party.
