GEJ's regime was very corrupt, but corruption did not start with GEJ...it started long long before GEJ even thought about being presido.

Ever wonder why the first republic was overthrown (it was illegal by the way, but stay with me). Massive corruption. To the point that it was even getting embarassing. And when the army took over, it was the same old story. Almost all army regimes...excepting Murtala Muhammed (and the man himself too was corrupt before he became head of state) were massively corrupt. Second republic was even worse than first self.

GEJ was just continuing the show. And Nigerians will never learn. Of course APC too continued the show.
