I have read all the comments before you, you are the one with senses all those who are just writing nonsense are illiterates, the time to file appeal will lapse on Wednesday and supreme court must constitute the panel latest by Tuesday. The zombies just as you said don't even know the appellant can't bring any new evidence to court. So supreme court will wait to U.S ruling on whether CSU will make available Tinubu certificate or records to Atiku. The same CSU who have declared that the president indeed graduated from their school.

No court in the US even SCOTUS has parallel jurisdiction over any other country.

Whatever pronouncement the US Federal district court will finally rule has no consequences in Nigeria because a US Federal court ruling can not be used to appeal in the Nigerian Supreme court.

Soverighty is tied to jurisdiction and vice versa.

The US Court can't even make a pronouncement on the authenticity of Tinubu's certificate as the prayers being sought before it is to compel CSU to release Tinubu's certificate.

Tinubu not being an elected US official or citizen can not have his records released under FOI.

Anyone who has been sworn in as the president of Nigeria can't be removed by any court. The president is just too powerful for that to befall him.
The constitution should be amended, 90 days (from election to hand over) is enough for all litigations to be sorted out before swearing in.
