Did elections hold in the 18,000 polling units? If yes, did LP have agents in all or some of these 18,000 polling units? Where were the results from these agents? Are the results from these polling units enough to sway the case in LP’s favor or call for a run off?

These are the facts LP should be bringing forward at this point. Not being on iRev portal does not invalidate an election.

It is a bigger conjecture that you are one of the legal aids LP handed a case of this magnitude to. How many polling units results did you project as an evidence as to how bad the elections were conducted. Did INEC mess up? YES, where you able to prove it? NO.

The SC of the Land has ruled that results declared at the polling units are more reliable than IREV results Adeleke vrs 0yetoka2023
Additionally constitution supercedes what we have on the electoral laws. INEC is not bound by the constitution to upload the results.
By the way where has the actor lawyer been since? I was looking for him among the kolanut eaters during the AC judgement.

Personally, I think it's high time INEC file a case at the Court for this charlatan to come substantiate his claims. If INEC failed in this basket foul mouth's submission, let him go prove it in the court and failure to do that, let him pay N10 Billion in damages to INEC.
Anss when this foul mouthed villainous big headed is going to court, let him go with his evidence.
I worked with INEC at the collation point and I can vouch for the results declared from the collation point because they're incontrovertible. At the polling units, each party had agents and each obtained a copy each of the results at the polling units. PDP have these results and that's why Dino burst into tears at the collation center and attempted at impeding the results from being announced. Of course they failed. So, if PDP could have the polling agents spread for all the 176,974 polling units. Why isn't PDP contesting the actual scores?

It shall never be well with anything Obidient and the chaos, destruction, lies, falsehood, manipulations, propaganda, deceit, misinformation and anarchy they represent.

Yesterday, Kenneth Okonkwo was in Arise News Newsday where he said the declaration of President Bola Tinubu as President by INEC and the courts was a conjecture. He further said INEC had 18,000 blurred polling unit results. He further tried to poke Tinubu for losing Lagos, Osun, Nasarawa and Abuja.

He said he doesn't believe Tinubu won.

Here is a review of his interview.

Kenneth Okonkwo and his ilk in the Labour Party are being clever by half. His narrative can only appeal to unthinking people. And Arise News is also fuelling propaganda over the failed ambitions of two of their clients, Atiku and Peter Obi. Recall that Arise News took a clearly partisan stance against the APC when their owner attacked Bola Tinubu over his decision not to attend their townhall meant to launder the PDP.

If Arise News is genuine, HOW COME NONE OF THEIR JOURNALISTS HAVE ASKED LABOUR PARTY IF THEY DIDNT HAVE THE COPIES OF FORMS EC8A FROM THE POLLING UNITS?

Labour Party folks are busy shouting that INEC did not populate the results of the Presidential elections in IREV. But historically, party agents have had the results right at the polling units. The LP boasted of having 133,000 agents all over the country. Where were they on election day?

Where were they?

It seems those in charge of funds for LP did not pay polling unit agents and expected them to work for free. That is why they are blaming INEC for their own lapses. If those agents were paid, they’d have sent the results to the LP situation room or social media. Remember they did this in Lagos where the majority of social media youth in support of Obi’s presidential run are based. Why didn’t they do this elsewhere if they were on ground or if the support was nationwide?

I think LP should start asking questions about what happened to the funds meant for party agents. If the agents were paid, the pictures of forms EC8A would have been tendered as evidence which would nullify the elections if INEC declared something else.

Peter Obi was clearly played by some of the people who were meant to mobilize party agents. They should stop deceiving him and deceiving the public.

The simple question is why blaming INEC when all you have to do is to present your results from each polling unit by your agents in court as evidence that indeed INEC rigged you out. Why depending on Inec to upload the results that your agents already have before getting the authentic results. These people have no brain. If Inec wanted to rigg election, all they had to do was to have pre-filled result sheets, upload it to the IREV since the contestant dont want to use results from their agents

Their so-called lovers did not post the results on their social media collation centre.

Obi's people went into elections like headless chickens. They did not inform themselves of the basics. Kenneth Okonkwo still asking for the results shows that Labour Party was never prepared for elections.

If they were prepared, they'd have known what to do. Many of those who supported Obi and who made the loudest noise were voting for the first time. Some of those closest to him had no prior history of winning elections, especially the church people who believed they could intimidate others to accept their choice.

Next time, prepare. Nigerian elections go beyond social media noise. You need to put your eye on EVERY polling unit and should not expect INEC to do it for you.

Peter Obi should move on. The election is over for him. If some of these deceitful supporters are given appointment, they'd take. They don't love Peter Obi that much, they have bills to pay.
