His bakery produces in thousands daily and the workers are running two shifts per day to meet the high demand for the product.

This question is rather puzling, because the answer is so obvious. A bakery makes money by selling bread. A bakery website should be used to promote the bakery's products, i.e. bread. You don't need a business idea, you need a web developer to build a simple website and perhaps an online bread store. A bakery is a business and that business should be the focus of your friend's bakery website.
