RESPONSIBILITIES
-Responds to customer web inquires regarding online merchandise or service orders
-Assist customers with product selection answers basic question
-Ensures prompt and proper resolution of customer queries
-A customer care service personnel need to have a good communication skill and computer skill as well
-Must have sale abilities in cases where customers ask about a particular product , the customer care service manager makes suggestion.

REQUIREMENT
-Applicant must be female
-Applicant must be from 23 years and above
-Must have a working experience
-Must be a good communicator
-Must be conversant with computer
