So why are people saying he's appointed only Yorubas? If we tell ourselves the truth, Yorubas dominate Finance, Banking and ICT both in Nigeria and in Diaspora. Igbos dominate smes. Hausas Agriculture.

South West is a major tribe in Nigeria. A big tribe that only extends to Kwara and parts of Kogi and Niger in North Central. Igbo is also 5 states plus parts of Delta, Rivers, Benue, and Kogi.
Hausas also are a big tribe but do not occupy the entire North.

In the north, we don't see it like that as southerners due to we share a lot of similarities with 3 northern region

A person from Zamfara or Kaduna won't have any issue with someone getting appointment in Borno, Bauchi or Niger state
