Enugu Governorship Election Petition Tribunal Delivers Judgement Tomorrow by PrinceOfLagos: 2:24pm On Sep 20, 2023
Breaking News

The Enugu State Gubernatorial Election Petition Tribunal will deliver its judgement on Thursday at 9 am.

By all standards, this is a straightforward case of forgery and perjury, coupled with substantial noncompliance with the Electoral Act 2022.

We expect the judges to uphold Justice and declare Chijioke Edeoga as duly elected and returned.

Peter Mbah surely will kiss the governorship goodbye.
This is why election petition cases must be resolved before the bona-fide winners are sworn in.

I wouldn't congratulate him so early, you can bet that Mba will take this all the way to the Supreme court if it goes against him

That NYSC saga is enough to kick Peter Mbah out of office, but I doubt it's going to happen. I wish Frank Nweke Jr. was in LP.
