Initial specifications reveal a configuration with 256 GB of storage and 8 GB of RAM. It can be further expanded by an additional 8 GB via the Extended Memory software feature.

The foldable panel, adopting a 22:9 aspect ratio, is a visual treat. Offering a smooth 120 Hz refresh rate and an impressive peak brightness of 1,000 nits. But the allure doesn’t stop there. On the external facade, you’ll find a handy 1.32-inch display. Complete with a slew of widgets and the ability to serve notifications. It even moonlights as a convenient viewfinder for capturing selfies using the more capable cameras.


Speaking of cameras, the Phantom V Flip boasts an arsenal of photographic prowess. The primary shooter is a formidable 64 MP with a sizable 1/1.73-inch sensor, a wide f/1.7 aperture lens, and PDAF for rapid and precise focusing. The Tecno Phantom V Flip also introduces a bespoke virtual assistant named EllaGPT. Bringing a suite of “intelligent features” to the table. Tecno aims to position EllaGPT as a worthy contender in the arena of virtual assistants. Rivaling the likes of Google, Siri, Bixby, and Celia.

For those who prioritize aesthetics, Tecno offers the Phantom V Flip in two distinct colors. Te understated elegance of Black and the vibrant allure of Purple. During the official announcement, the price tag was unveiled at INR 49,999, approximately equivalent to $605 or €555. However, insiders at the Singapore event indicate that the European market will see a slightly higher price point of €700. While other regions may enjoy the early-bird promotional rate of around $650.
