I am not talking about who made who Lagos Governor, am talking of under whose watch Lagos began to even look like a city. Name the infrastructure in Lagos and you will see they were all built during Fashola and Amode. I can agree Tinubu built Lagos politically by having the machinery through which anyone becomes anything in Lagos, but the infrastructure came after he left.
