What is this about

Now, in general, arbitrage trading simply means

taking advantage of price differences across different markets to make a profit.

For instance, if a currency, or commodities like a bag of rice, or

even a rare pair of sneakers are priced differently in two separate markets,

traders buy the cheaper version and

then sell it at a higher price elsewhere to make money.

Right?

Have you ever bought something very cheap and

sold it at a higher price to make a profit?

If you have ever done that,

What you just did was arbitrage trading.

And unconsciously,

this is what we are doing or

we have been doing in our everyday lives, but

We don’t know that we are actually carrying out arbitrage trading in our everyday life;

if you are a business person,

you will understand more of what I’m talking about.

Imagine you buy a bag of water for like 100 naira.

If you’re a Nigerian and you now sell it, at a rate of 200 naira per bag

The difference between your buying and selling price is your profit, right?

By doing this,

you have performed arbitrage trading.

It is that simple.




But, how do we do this in the crypto space?

There are different arbitrage trading models. That gives us the opportunity to

buy low and sell high for profit.


You are not trading or analysing anything

You are ONLY buying crypto ( a coin) at a low price, and

you are selling it at a higher price for profit
