“He does not appreciate the law against corruption handed down by the Supreme Court in the case of A-G., Ondo State v. A.-G., Federation (2002) 9 NWLR (Pt.772) 222 which enjoined all Nigerians to fight against corruption and to ensure that institutions set up under the Act of the National Assembly which gives effect to Section 15 (5) of the Constitution should be allowed to function and not sabotaged I guess that aspect of "rule of law" is not worthy to be obeyed. The AGF is working against the ethics of his job which demands him to put public interest first, HE MUST GO!!!!!. |

The AGF does not know that his office does not make him a celebrity. Attorneys General are not meant to be appearing on Tabloids and Gossip columns, Ovation Magazine and on the news every night. And why is Gani complaining? Is he so stingy that he can't share the limelight. Is it not these ty of publicity stunts that he and Keyamo like pulling? |

If Atiku did not resign when he was fighting with Obj how on earth do u think AGF will resign because u signed a petition when the president is in support of him. Am waiting to see the impact of such petition in a corrupt society like ours. Eight( so far. |

mckren, rule of law has one of its objective, that an arrested person must be charged to court within 48 hours of his/her arrest and efcc is not living upto this. rule of law is saying in the fight against corruption, individual rights need to be observed. there is no way nigeria can let ribadu do whatever he likes in the name of fighting corruption and we are all aware that he is one sided in his course. let us be frank here, if you are ribadu, wouldn't u have seen a reason to arrest the likes of Chris uba, andy uba, atiku, ibb, bode george, ettah, tony annenih, adedibu or even obj? we all know the truth but most of us have decided to shy away from the truth and are living our lives in pretence. |
