Disclosure Of Educational Records Is Permitted Under FERPA If It Is Necessary To Comply With A Lawfully Issued Subpoena Or Judicial Order And The Burden Is On The Party Requesting Educational Records To Show That Their Interest In Obtaining The Records Outweighs The Privacy Interest Of The Student.

- The Court Held That Atiku’s Interest In Obtaining BAT’s Records From CSU OUTWEIGHS BAT’s Privacy Rights Because BAT Put His Diploma At Issue By Submitting It To INEC. This is how justice and case should go in a sane country not that boring pages printed and read for us after technically removed the truth. Within one week a court case should be closed for another one to begin. Prosecute the guilty ones and exculpate the innocent ones.

This shame is just too much for us to bear as Nigerians. Tinubu knows what Atiku is saying is the truth but he keeps stretching the whole thing.
Thank God US judges are not like Nigeria Judges who rely on technicalities to throw away a case instead of looking at the substance of the case.

I hope our do i say judiciary can see their mate in other country where they respect their Law and constitution.

Our own judiciary in nigeria will turn our own constitution upside down just because they want to favour rich men and powerful people.
