Don’t ever believe inec will transmit any result because the court has told us there is no law that mandates inec to transmit results electronically in real time, and never trust inec.

He nor get level at all. But you see this Okpebholo? He's highly connected and greatly loved by his people. He's from a very influential family in esan land.
