Infinix Zero Series: Latest With Android 13 by Walterjune: 10:40am On Sep 28, 2023
Hello Nairaland

Infinix unveiled two new smartphones in its Zero line last year: the Infinix Zero Ultra and Infinix Zero 20. Infinix Zero 5G 2023 was introduced this year, adding a new model to the roster.

Despite having excellent specifications and features for their pricing range, all three of these smartphones are powered by the Android 12 operating system.

On the one hand, consumers of Infinix smartphones have long complained about the slowness of software upgrades, while other smartphone manufacturers have begun testing the Android 14 Beta version.

Infinix just provided an Android 13 roadmap update for a few of its smartphones in response to user concerns, stating that the Zero series devices should receive Android 13 OS by August.

Infinix has finally updated the operating system on the Zero 5G Ultra, Zero Ultra, and Zero 20 to Android 13, even if the firm is a little behind schedule.

To protect the security of their smartphone and to take advantage of new features from Android 13, it is advised that owners of the aforementioned devices download this update as soon as possible.

Go to settings, scroll to the bottom, hit system update, then tap get, to get the update.

Infinix Zero 30 5G Full Review - Watch before you buy

The Infinix Zero 30 5G is easily one of the sleekest and most premium feeling smartphones i’ve reviewed in a while. It is a device that is almost steering its way to the flagship territory which is even more impressive considering that it’s only a midrange phone. In this Infinix Zero 30 5G review after using the phone for over a week, you get to know more about the actual performance, display, camera, build quality, gaming and battery life.

It's good to see Infinix addressing the software update concerns for their Zero series. Android 13 is on the horizon, and it's great news that the Zero 5G Ultra, Zero Ultra, and Zero 20 are finally getting the update, even if it's a bit later than we'd hoped. I actually stumbled upon some helpful info on the oramata webpage about Infinix updates. Oramata is a solid source for staying in the loop on these matters. It's crucial to keep our smartphones up to date not just for security but also for those new Android 13 features. For those looking to get the update, it's a breeze. Just head to settings, scroll down to system update, and hit that "get" button.
