The 20 states and hundreds of local government areas proliferated like seeds in the northern region stripped too much political and economic powers from the two southern regions, but added excessive political and economic powers to the northern region.
Change the fraudulent political structure in a Sovereign National Conference - never in the National Assembly - if Nigeria must progress.
