He fixed his eyes downward while reeling out those names and their respective academic background records.

He must have been reading from a prepared note he brought to the studio having knowing that he would be asked about Atiku’s litigation about Tinubu’s academic records.

I believe Obi had the prepared note to avoid cramming and missing out on those important legendary international figures.
