who are these guy's lawyers? are they telling him the truth or he is willfully neglecting their advice. An appeal to the Supreme court can only be based on judgement of the PET and as such, no new evidence can be admitted there. Lets even assume without conceding that from the record from the CSU, that Tinubu forged the Certificate, forgery in itself is a criminal issue and as we know, Tinubu being a president, is covered with immunity until his tenure elapses. i feel the best Atiku can achieve with this exercise is shaming the president.

the released documents from csu have to be deposited to the court, The CSU is going to court this morning to swear that all the documents they have deposited is true, and then it becomes a binding force. so if there is any alteration in them, they can and will be prosecuted, it is until they do that before anyone can say anything, all that you see online and on social media is fake.
At least it will take 5 days after today before any conclusion can be arrived at

There is nothing incriminating in the documents. Bola is generally acknowledged to be a female gender name rarely associated with the male gender. It is plausible that a typographical error or a wrong entry is responsible for the “F” in the gender box of his documents. Indeed much ado about nothing. Peter Obi will no longer meow!!

The replacement copy is original in the sense that it is not fake as confirmed by the school who issued it.

This is not to be confused with the original certificate which the school also confirmed was issued to Tinubu in 1979, just as the replacement copy was subsequently issued to him also.
