If you read the deposition well you will see that Chicago State University confirmed that Tinubu 's degree and both his Certificates were authentic

The only saving grace Tinubu must leverage on is getting A CSU third party vendor that Will say for a fact that they gave him the replacement certificate even if he needs to bribe them as he always does

And the onus lies on Atiku to also convince the court that he did not get it from any CSU Vendor.

Once this is done and Tinubu can't prove it... Forgery is established and Tinubu will be disqualified.

But let's wait and see if Supreme court will allow the new evidence
