Without any doubt, Atiku Abubakar always act at the wrong time.

1. His highest undoing as a politician was allowing Olusegun Obasanjo to run a 2nd term in office, that was his best moment to become president or make a statement that would pave way for him.
He failed to recognize at that point that Obasanjo and Tinubu were not in good terms and a collabo with Tinubu would have given him a good run. He would split PDP and get the support of Tinubu in Lagos.

2. Fast forward to 2023, Atiku was so daft to lose the G-5, Kwankwaso and Peter Obi in an election that looks like your best chance ever. I don't know if to purport that Atiku was under a spell or he underestimated Tinubu whom he should have known is a master strategist. Tinubu was quick to declare his ambitions and gave Atiku ample time to plan his moves properly.
Atiku waited till Primary was over, Presidential election and Tribunal was almost over before he could file a case in a US court.

Now to the topic:
Atiku knew he didn't win the 2023 election, the result from his situation room would have shown or proven that. If someone that coordinated his data could not prove he won an election, how much more a party that was asking members of the public to send results to Whatsapp groups.

Atiku is already preparing for 2027, he has recognized the Obidient Movement as a force behind Obi that's why he praised Hundeyin in his speech, he will woo Obi and Kwankwaso back to PDP and make them understand they have a common enemy.

Atiku has recognized that Obi is finished in Labour Party with Apapa as chairman hence he is clearly calling for his support openly in his address.

The support he received from Obidients movement over the CSU case has given him the right result in his litmus. Atiku knows he has no case against Tinubu as regards the result he received hence he wants to put the support he received to good use.

What has Obi been doing to prepare for 2027? Insult Tinubu at every microphone opportunity he gets.

Fingers crossed

Fulanis are done ruling this country for now. Atiku should swallow whatever plans he has and Obidients will never work with him.
