My dad was one of the few men that drove this car back in the days. His whole life he stuck with different Mercedes and volvo models. His last model was E-class elegance.

My favorite is the one we used to call V-boot back in those days.

I don't even know its real brand name to this day.

My father didn't own a car back in the 80s so I have nothing to say. His first car was Nissan. I can't remember the type of Nissan

V-Boot padded was the sh*t for me, would still buy it today if the fuel consumption was reasonable.

Never had any of them. First Mercedes we had was a v-boot (awesome car) then a 190E bought by elder bro in 2006. And I got a c240 (w203) in 2015 which I still use. Truth is I drove and enjoyed Al of them. Daimler forever mehn!

you know it as Shagari style but Fela kuti was the second person to own this luxury car in Nigeria 1982 shipped it Directly from Germany & Cut the Head Cabin pack all rubbish in the boot & sat among his 6 wives with hIs Driver who was driving, they drove it from their Ikeja base tp ojuelegba to Mushin & back to ikeja....thats fela for you
