Secondly, He lied that he attended Government College Lagos and graduated in 1970, which he filled in the form for gaining admission to CSU. Unfortunately, the school was never in existence as at that time. Is it not a crime that if a student used a fake waec to gain admission, get a PhD and was latter discovered that his waec was false, wont the certificate issued to him from the degree program be invalid?

Even if he gets PHD, that certificate is standing on nothing. But this is Nigeria. The court is for the highest bidder. Nothing will happen to him.
