Executive Director (ED) of Agricultural Innovations Movement against Hunger (AIM), Adebisi-Matthew-Crown has made the 2023 ForbesBLK membership as well-deserved spotlight for his contributions to ensuring food security in Africa though his movement against hunger leveraging innovations and collaborations.

ForbesBLK is a community-curated to amplify the voices of black professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders. These groups of exceptional leaders are breaking down barriers, creating more equitable economies and driving a new culture of connection, collaboration and change in their respective spheres of influence.

In her congratulatory statement, Ayisha Mendez, the Community Manager of ForbesBLK, commended the positive impacts of Matthew-Crown, alongside other change-agents in Africa who made the list, while reiterating that ForbesBLK is a community created by Forbes, to strengthen the black race as an ecosystem with potentials for global development.

She further stated that new members has access to networking and mentorship opportunities with other like-minded professionals across a variety of organizations, and an invitation to members-only platforms where members can engage in one-on-one conversations with community members and Forbes leadership.

Expressing his fulfillment with nostalgia, Abuja-based Matthew said that the ForbesBLK opportunity will break potential barriers for him to engage and network more in the agricultural sector for national and international development, in actualization of the United Nations 2030 SDG Agenda for African nations.

Meanwhile, Mendez also disclosed in her congratulatory message that the membership package included event incentives to many Forbes virtual and in-person events, including the Forbes under 30 Summit, ForbesBLK Summit, and the inaugural ForbesBLK Summit in ATL on November 5 – 6.

Adebisi Matthew-Crown is the current General Secretary of The Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) Abuja Nigeria Network which is a flagship program of the United States, launched by the 44th President of the United States of America, Barrack Hussien Obama, in 2010, aimed at investing in the next generation of African leaders and support them as they work to advance democratic governance, promote economic growth, fortifying civil society institutions for economic prosperity of Africa.
