Rostikol: Tinubu is being too gentlemanly for my liking.
He is acting like he's the president of Sweden or Canada.
Gentleman presidency.
This is NIGERIA, not Sweden or UK.
You have to be ruthless here, because people here are not gentlemen.
They are very rugged, rough people, with no conscience.
PRESIDENT TINUBU needs a reality check.
I don't think he fully understands that he is the PRESIDENT OF NIGERIA, AND COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF OF THE ARMED FORCES OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC.
Every Tom, Dick, and Harry riffraff (from the East mostly) goes online to abuse him and call him all sorts of unprintable names on a daily basis.
How long before he says ENOUGH?
How much abuse can one man take?
Dragging his name all over the whole internet and abusing him daily!
Enough already....
He should start by ordering the SS to go after people making incendiary, unproven allegations against him online, and drag them to court to testify and prove their allegations, or sue them for libel and defamation.
A couple of lengthy jail sentences for the culprits will discourage the rest of the online mob of imbeciles insulting him daily because of free internet access.
Mr President needs to understand that this country is filled with ASSHOLES who will take advantage of his gentlemanism.
He needs to start acting like a damn PRESIDENT.
He must become at least as strong as Obasanjo was in his time.
Personally I think he should be far stronger and more mean, because this new generation think they are wiser than everybody, and so require some HEAVY discipline that will shut them up and teach them manners.
Monkey talk. |

Tinubu is severely and irreparably damaged for life
The only path for him now is to resign or wait till the supreme court boot him out and then he submit himself to the nearest police station for questioning and prosecution Whatever damage you envisage for Tinubu still rub on your useless existence as the number one man of your country till 2031. |

The law should be applied because it has been confirmed that he forged the certificate he submitted to INEC
And below is what the law says;
Section 468 of the Criminal Code Act in Nigeria. Uttering false documents and counterfeit seals
Any person who knowingly and fraudulently utters a false document or writing, or a counterfeit seal, is guilty of an offence of the same kind and is liable to the same punishment as if he had forged the thing in question.
It is immaterial whether the false document or writing, or counterfeit seal, was made in Nigeria or elsewhere.
Shut up and โfโ off. Who confirmed to you that it was a forged document? Do you have brain? Many of you never left the shores of Nigeria. Do you mean that all alumni who produce their certificates from third parties in US are using forged certificates? |

Indeed! Annoyingly, President Bola Tinubu and 'Seyi Tinubu, his UK-educated lawyer son both appear very weak to me in terms of ignoring the very damaging acts of majorly online criminal defamation and hate speeches targeted towards them for over 10 years now by a mob of well-known ethnic bigots. Silence is NOT the best answer for a fool in the internet and social media age. Tinubu seems to forgive easily even after sueing for billions of Naira and taking AIT/DAAR to court in 2015 for showing a criminally defamatory paid documentary for days on AIT on behalf of PDP. The court judge ordered AIT to apologise on prime TV and in major newspapers for damaging Tinubu's image and reputation. President Tinubu may be a brilliant Chartered Accountant but has bad Professional Public Relations, intel and legal teams which should have been used for strictly monitoring and bringing online and offline criminal defamers who spead fake videos and fake articles to justice OR even bring justice to them! Heavy monetary fines running into N5million minimum and many years in jail with hard labor are needed (just like the Japanese parliament has proposed against cyberbullying). Perception is stronger than reality in professional Public Relations. Period. |

drlateef, are you also using the same brain as Tinubu
Tinubu himself knows that he submitted a forged certificate to INEC reason why he told CSU and the entire world at large that releasing his academic records to Atiku will cause him 'severe' and 'irreparable' damage I an ever so happy to use Tinubu first class brain as opposed to dullard brain of Atiku. Tinubu was just making sure Atiku wasted his money. From the documents released, what irreparable damage has been done? Atiku knows that he has wasted time and money and he is silently regretting that. Atiku needs to prove that all certificates obtained from third parties in US are fake and forged. If he cannot do that, he is wasting his time and money again. |
