The Registrar said his admission was based on his performance at Southwest College which was a feeder institution for CSU. The Govt. College matter is irrelevant in this case. If he submitted the GCL certificate to INEC, that can be taken up separately.

Did JAMB ever claimed Mnesoma never wrote JAMB? The poor girl wrote JAMB but was parading fake result same way CSU claimed Tinubu graduated from CSU but the school said its could not authentic Tinubu certificate he submitted to INEC. They also claimed, Tinubu never applied for replacement of his certificate.
Come to think of this, Tinubu wasn't ripe for replacement of certificate because he never collected the original certificate the school authority produced for him because the school claimed his certificate is still inside his file.
