But why the double speak? At first they claimed the error in BAT's certificate was committed by the school clerk but turned 360° saying it was gotten from vendor or the so called third party. The question they now refused to answer is, do third party have the sole right to reproduce certificate on behalf of the school without the school consent. Forgetting that the student must even apply to the school for replacement of the said certificate and even pay a prescribed fee of $26. They also forgot that same CSU deposited that Tinubu never applied for replacement of his certificate and they cannot authenticate what they didn't give.
Again, how would someone replaced what he didn't collect. His certificate that the school produced for him he didn't collect it but lied all along, even went to Chatham House to lie that he has collected his certificate, not knowing he was lying to himself and the world.
In the deposition the registrar made it abundantly clear that there are many fake vendors in US, which I do believed it was where Tinubu went to get his certificate replaced and he didn't carry the school along by applying to it. I'd he has done the needful the school would have alerted him that his certificate is intact and he need not apply for replacement but as usual when you're dubious, you want to do things in Nigerian way.
