Please Nairalenders, which Federal Ministry is INEC under, that is their supervising Ministry.
For instance,
NNPC is under Ministry of Petroleum,
CBN is under Ministry of Finance,
NECO is under Ministry of Education
NCC is under Ministry of Communication.

INEC Independent National Electoral commission. It is not under any ministry.
