He shouldn't have paid said the funny PRO, so he should continue staying in the cell? Instead of asking for the name of the police station they were taken to, the name of the estate ect so a proper investigation is done to get to the bottom of the issue, this PRO is asking the wrong question. I guess now we know how they actually conduct investigations. Unprofessional bunch from top to bottom.

Let him dress in mufti & pretend to be a passenger inside bus and drive through checkpoints.
Just catch a few extorting policemen and set good example with them.

But they won't do that because they are benefiting from their share of the extortion.

Millions are locked up on frivolous charges and their relatives extorted and abused with long undue detention without trial and the force hqts claim ignorance?

What do we even expect, that a criminal will reform the police force? That's like expecting an armed robber to become a pope.
