He does not have a license to practice law in Kenya, according to LSK Nairobi Branch on their X account, and neither does he claim to be an advocate.

The notification stated, in part, that “the man has been presenting and conducting himself as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a member of LSK Nairobi Branch,” which had come to the knowledge of the LSK Nairobi Branch through the Rapid Action Team (RAT).

He is being detained in the RAT’s main office while an investigation is ongoing.

I've always maintained that the legal practice has nothing unique about it. It's an erroneously overrated profession.

It's very much like becoming a pastor and owning a church. Just study the bible in its entirety, have a compelling tongue with a mastery of the requisite language and you're as good as someone who went to a school of theology.

Same applies to law. Be objective, convincing and persistent in arguments, read law related texts and documents and have a decent knowledge of the constitution. You're as good as that idiotic SAN who's heading the aviation ministry.

What else is Qualification!?
Someone acted as a Lawyer, handled 26 cases AND won all the cases!

Meaning that he is very good at his Job.
Is it paper certificate that gives him the qualification?

What happens to the cases he won? Would the judgements be withdrawn?


At this stage, the best is to allow him go back to school, collect his proper papers to be "qualified" before he continues practicing.

Otherwise, we this is BAD-BELE from the qualified lawyers loosing cases to him.

The man works very hard to win his cases!
