I have been booked for capturing, but I cant see the Guarantor's form on their website. I have followed the steps highlighted here but to no avail.

It is renewal.

Kindly assist on how to go about this.

I paid 35k online. I am in theier office in Kaduna as I type this

They are asking me to pay N15k administrative fees. So I queried them that it was not stated online that I would pay any additional money. But they insisted that it is used to run their generator - fueling and servicing.

I have not been able to capture. I'm not ready for this. After so much drama , one Oga called me to his office and said I should pay 7k. I still insisted that I'm not paying a dime. And they said they can't capture me.

I didn't come with my expired passport. I only made copies of the bio data page so they asked me to bring it tomorrow with 7k before I can capture.
I'm leaving nowo be back tomorrow.
