The Secretary to the Osun State Government, Hon. Teslim Igbalaye has congratulated the Commissioner for Special Duties and Regional Integration, Dr. Bashiru Tokunbo Salam, on the occasion of his birthday.

In a statement signed by his media aide, Kehinde Adeoye, the SSG described the Commissioner as an elder statesman who has done alot to improve the status of Osun State.

"I cannot but appreciate your exploits towards the development and growth of our State. Your statesmanship is premium and your quest to help create a new Osun of our dream can never be overempahsized.

Your exemplary, focused, selfless, committed and dedicated service to our dear state is worth emulating."

Noting further, the SSG appreciated the efforts of the commisioner, prayed for him and wished him well.

"I stand bold to say that your efforts is appreciated by all and sundry.

I pray that as your days, so shall your strength be. Good health, joy and long life shall ne your portion"
