I stretched my chest often with my arms outstretched, as my chest demand due to the heavy I feel inside the centre of my chest. I do hear a single crack or popping kind of noise (kpom!). the kind you hear when you crack your knuckles. The only thing is that it came directly from the center of my chest. I suspect, it started about 3 to 4 months ago. Like am working as a computer graphics designer. While working, I do stretch my chest often like after every 4 or 5 minutes.
PLEASE, help me. What do I do, I don't like stretching my chest often. It has never been like this before. It even attract people around me when ever I stretch because it sounds loudly.

Pls, who has experienced this health condition before and later treated it permanently. Mine has been like this too for a while now. And different test results always come out uneventful.
I'm seeking a permanent solution to it, and if you know, pls Indicate.
