The Leadership of the All Progressives Congress Adamawa State Chapter has congratulated Hon. Abubakar Babazango Abaza, who got his judgment to represent the people of Yola South/Yola North/Girei federal constituencies over their victory at the Abuja Court of Appeal yesterday and today.

The party leadership also congratulated the people of his constituency and the entire APC family in the state for the victory.

In a press statement signed by Mohammed Abdullahi, the party's publicity secretary have urged Babazango to use his position as members of the National Assembly to positively impact the people of his constituency and the party at the state level.

The victory of Babazango witnessed a wild jubilation in Yola as constituents took the streets of Jimeta celebrating the victory.

When contacted to comment over the court's judgment, Babazango said the appellant Court have truly did what is justice by upturning the decision of the lower court which have initially favored Abba Girei.

He thanked the appellant court for being a voice for the voiceless and appreciated his party men both at state, federal even at the local level for standing by him to victory.

He enjoined both APC and none APC party people to support work for Nigeria, Adamawa State and the people of his constituency.
