It is too late......before election, Tinubu would have been disqualified but after election, no way. It is a pre-election matter and would be thrown out. Finally, I doubt if supreme Court would admit any fresh evidence that was not presented to the presidential election tribunal. If the supreme Court fails to admit any fresh evidence, the case is closed.

Not because he doesn't have a 'case', but because he is pursing it from the perspective of a power hungry person & not because he truly wants to unravel the fraud that is BAT.

The thread Atiku should have been pulling on is the 1970 result. That was the damage BAT was scared of & that is the thread that will unravel the fraud.




Emotions don't work here. Atiku want to establish something against 2027 irrespective who will be contesting against Tinubu. Forgery is grievous offence in Nigeria constitution.But why ur Tinubu couldn't proudly walk back to CSU to collect his results?
