I agree with you on this. There are rich people in Abuja. That being said, it means about 12,000 people will be interested in the palliative. That makes sense. One bag of rice per head. If most of the rich people among them decide to support the government with additional bags then it could be 2 bags per head. Wow! The thing really favour Abuja residents and their families.

12,000 bags of rice for 3million people = 1 bag of 50KG rice to be shared by people . If 1 bag of rice makes 64 Derica, then each person will get
one quarter (1/4) of a Derica (That is a Derica divided into 4 places and each person will get one fourth).

That is even smaller than a portion you give to a church rat.

My calculation shows : 12,000 bags x 64 dericas per x 5 cups per derica = 3.84 M cups. That's just over 1 cup per resident - 1 plate of rice! Unbelievable!!!
