Why Senate Choose Foreign-Made SUVs Over Nigerian-Made Ones?

As controversy continues to trail the planned purchase of luxury vehicles by federal lawmakers with many Nigerians criticising the
idea, the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Services, Sunday Karimi, has explained that members of the Senate and the House
of Representatives choose foreign-made Sport Utility Vehicle (SUVs) Land Cruisers and Prados because of “quality and durability”.

President doesn't patronise any nigerian hospital, he doesn't use any made-in-nigeria car like Innoson, or any other made in Nigeria good.
The VP ,ministers, Judges, military heads and all heads of agencies don't use either.

There's no excuse whatsoever, or deflection possible to explain the despicable and ignoble front put up by the "shameless" guest on Channels TV.
It only shows that over the years, we've achieved very little in electing true representatives of the people. Most of these politicians are only there to reap the rewards of our patrimony at the expense of the common Nigerian who remains downtrodden.
It was a national shame on TV on Monday.
