Whose fault is it that Justice Centus Nweze died in July 2023?
each region is supposed to be represented by 3 justices, not 1

I know you lots just love that feeling of being persecuted.

One of the psychological defeats your people suffered from the civil war.
have yorubas ever fought any war? I mean real and recorded war, not those your myths. The only was a part of yoruba fought was the one oyo fought with dahomey amazons. 3 good times. And each time, the dahomey women decapitated the oyo people and they ran and sought protection under a rock (olumo rock) in present day abeokuta. And the one that turned ilorin to everlasting fulani empire.

Blunt abi, but why keep the bluntness till your exit from service? Others have been in that same office of CJN, did you express these same sentiments to them when you had opportunity?

Which of his set is AIG... He ha promoted to AIG e no reach 3 months he was promoted to DIG

Did he even spend 6 months as CP?

The constitution says that there must be DIG of police appointed from all the geo-political regions of the country and that section of the constitution has been fulfilled Mba is the most senior Police officer from the SE in terms of years in service as at the time he was promoted to AIG/DIG....
Asking which of his set is a AIG is irrelevant.. Not all CPs will attain the position of AIG before leaving the force.

I read well.

He deliberated on many anomalies.

1. The powers of the office of a CJN for which he was the 2nd most senior, and which he thinks the powers should be limited.

Does that mean the current CJN who was seated at the event, is abusing his powers as CJN when that is the extant law?

2. He lamented the poor pay of Supreme Court Justices, and even lamented the poorer pay of the CJN.

3. He lamented about the fact that only 4 out of 6 geopolitical regions of Nigeria, currently have representation in the Supreme Court.

4. He mentioned that the Presidential appeal should have had Justices from all the geopolitical zones, but it would not be possible as the 2 regions who do not have Justices in the Supreme Court cannot be represented. He also mentioned that Justice Nweze sudden death contributed to this shortage.

Now tell me the cracks and tell me the abuse of power?

Losers just love sensational headlines.

Stop putting words in the mouth of the retired Justice.

A retired Justice cannot make recommendations in peace, without sensational news journalist looking to promote anarchy trying to twist the words with a false headline?
So you didn't read were he said, not filling the vacant post of JSC was deliberate?

But why should he have been the only justice from the South East at the time.

You see from far,bro and God bless you!
There was one aboki as CJN about a year ago- who posted another of his own to Court of Justice in Hague- that could not pass a simple interview - that Prince Bola Ajibola- was once a President! Whatever this man is saying is just chasing clout!

Foolish sensational headlines.

I don't know why losers keep grasping at straws with sensational headlines, that has nothing to do with the content.

How does stating that the office of a CJN has powers he considers should be subdued, become an abuse of power when the function is legitimate and the extant law?

All the Justices including the CJN himself were at this farewell dinner.

I wonder o.

Today £1 = N1,610
By December 2023 it will be £1= N2500

By April next year 2024 it will be £1=N5000

By December 2024 it will be £1= N10,000

Salaries remain thesame.

A Nigerian Medical Doctor earning N300,000/ month by 2024 will be £30/month

A Professor earning N600k/month in a Federal University will be equivalent to £60 /month.

You mean like you who posted the false headline from News Media who live on false narratives?

If I read the headline only I would have missed the valuable information and recommendations that the retired Justice offered the public.

How does recommendations from a retired Justice imply abuse of power by the CJN, if the CJN is operating on the current laws and powers accorded his office?

Even the CJN who was seated at the event had this to say about the retired Justice.

Our News Media should learn to be responsible in their headlines.
It looks as if you have not taken your medicine today why this serious painment

All this is due to the stupid constitution we currently have. We need a reset of our constitution to prevent this and many other things that has been happening in the country to stop. Institution should be greater and stronger than individual.
Re: Retiring Justice Musa Dattijo Muhammad Alleges Abuse Of Power By CJN by BALLOSKI: 2:08am On Oct 29, 2023

It may interest one to know that the Chief Registrar of the Supreme Court earns more than the Justices. While she earns N1.2m per month, justices take home N751, 000 in a month.

You can imagine this nonsense.

“The CJN on his part takes home N400, 000 plus. The salary of a Justice, curiously, drops rather than increases when he gets the added responsibility of being a CJN.
What's wrong with Nigeria? Sad

But he seems to be speaking in favor of the CJN here.
