Omowunmi was a brilliant student when she was in the university. She quickly got a well paid job in an apex marketing company as a senior executive due to her educational brilliance. But as lucky as she was, wunmi, at over forty years of age, had no man to call her own, a situation which was adversely affecting her productivity in the office.

Adio and his family members were living from hand to mouth. Though the husband and wife were hardworking and not lazy, their salaries could not fetch them enough money to make them live decent lives . Their apartment. Which was a tiny room and a parlour, attested to their poverty and the slum in which their house was located indicated once and for all that things were not particularly well with the family. It was into this poor family that fadeke was born. This beautiful girl could not be taken care of by the parents the way they wanted. Nonetheless, fadeke grew to be a very brilliant girl. She had a brain which could match that of any pupil in the most expensive school in the city.
for this reason her parents made sure that they secured a good private school for her. Though paying through the nose for her education, fadeke parents knew that education was the best legacy
