The truth of the matter is that the plan was set in motion by Buhari but Tinubu made the decision.
If he had wanted to continue with the subsidy he could have. A supplementary budget could have been created, he had enough time. So, in essence, Tinubu stopped the petrol subsidy.

I hope you saw the recent news about the supplementary budget that was sent to the Assembly for assent. I hope the funds will be gotten from IGR.
I still stand by my statement, the subsidy would have benefited Nigerians more than whatever sham policies or programs the FG plans to come up with.
