I remember days of Marwa. Lagos had suffered so much under past military administrator that Marwa who was actually better than the rest seemed like a genius. All Marwa gave Lagos was operation sweep (joint mopol and military patrol) and direct labour (patching roads).

After Marwa left, he made so much money in Lagos that he retired and established a domestic airline after. I don't remember the name of that airline.

Tinubu came in and completely revamped Lagos. He brought all the parastatals that started doing wonders all across Lagos. He really moved Lagos state forward.
